Flower Vase
Summary
Public: Small vase, bone china, round body, flared pieced neck, moulded in relief around shoulder with a tasselled cord, painted in 'bleu celeste' turquoise glaze and gilding. Private: Clear glazed, round vase on short slightly spreading foot with a flared neck pierced, but filled with glaze, with single diamonds, diamonds in groups of four and triangles. The foot and a cord around the neck of the vase are turquoise glazed. Two lines of gilding running parallel to the body delineate the foot and there is further gilded decoration around the rim of the vase. The tassels on the end of the cords are also gilded.
