Anorak 1990 Jock McFadyen born 1950 Painted bronze Scottish artist Jock McFadyen's work is concerned with people on the margins of society - the poor and the dispossessed. This funny little figure lost in his outsize anorak may be a figure of pity or derision. The artist's inspiration comes from London's East End where he lives and works. The artist made 6 casts of this bronze sculpture. Each one was then hand-painted. Purchased 1991.65
