Woman Playing a Harp: Profile View
Henry Thomas Wyatt Junior 1799 - 1840
Summary
Sketch of a woman seated, in profile view to the left, playing a harp; she perches on the edge of her chair, with the instrument resting against her right shoulder, wearing a floor-length dress with leg-o'-mutton sleeves and her hair loosely tied away from her face. The corners of the paper have been trimmed. This study and 1978.162, 'Woman Playing a Harp: Three-Quater View', are of the same woman and are mounted together.
